To ensure we are a good fit, there are some things you should know about us. As travel professionals for the past 5+ years we have been able to leverage our passion for travel, planning and personal relationships with our vendors to create custom itineraries for our clients. While we do not charge a formal planning fee, we do go into the process with the understanding that clients intend to book with us (as we get paid by the vendors once my clients return). With that said, we work tirelessly to ensure our clients get the best experience and value and also work with reliable vendors. We take into consideration a lot of factors when making recommendations....location, activities, the reliability of the vendor etc making sure our clients get the best value. We personally curate each itinerary to ensure my client satisfaction.
With that said, we would love to speak with you to see how we can be of service. In order to prepare for our consultation, we need to get some information. If you have booked with us before you can just send an email to Cathy.Nichols@cruiseplanners.com with what you are looking for.
If you have not booked with us, please fill out the client information form using the link below. Fill out the form for the entire household traveling. If there are people from multiple households you will submit one form for each household (or you can forward this link).
There is a drop down to select the number of travelers (per household). When you are filling out your name please type your name as it appears on your the government id you will use for travel (preferably passport). As a reminder, include in the notes section as much information about your budget, dates, number of days and what you would like to do.
Once we have the information we will set up a consultation to discuss more specific requests. We will also ask that you send us pictures of your passports/drivers license so that we can confirm we have the correct booking information. Once we get all of the information, Cathy will reach out to you to set up an initial consultation.
